We understand that every person is different, which is why we offer personalised instruction and programming to help you achieve your weightlifting goals through our 90-minute Olympic Weightlifting classes. If you prefer one-on-one or semi-private training, we offer great packages with our experienced coaches.

We understand that weightlifting is a key component of fitness and health for many individuals. That's why we offer 90-minute Olympic Weightlifting classes that focus on drilling technique in Snatch and Clean and Jerk.

Personal training

If you don’t feel ready to join a class or you have your own goals, we offer great packages of 1-on-1 or semi private training with one of our many coaches.
